Our Response to COVID-19

The coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to affect many regions of the world and the full impact of this virus is still unfolding.

Advantasure is working to ensure our business remains prepared and operational to assist our partner plans in caring for their members during this difficult time. We share their commitment to members. Since the beginning of the year, we have had a team dedicated to monitoring events, analyzing information and preparing for the impacts of COVID-19. We continue focusing on business operations, and on implementing our existing business continuity plans with some key goals at the forefront of our efforts:

Committing to take proactive measures to safeguard employees, customers and others we interact with from the spread of serious illness such as COVID-19 and stay abreast of guidance offered by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), state agencies and local public health sites.

Deploying business continuity strategies to maintain business operations and systems that allow our clients to continue servicing members.
Adjusting our systems as needed to follow new Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) measures.
Monitoring and evaluating ongoing events and guidance to quickly respond to this changing environment.
Working with vendors and other business partners to ensure critical business operations continue and set additional contingency plans, if necessary.

While the full outcome of this situation is yet unknown, we are confident that together, we can each do our part to protect the most vulnerable in our community.

Engaging with Advantasure

We are also taking steps to protect the health and safety of our staff, vendors and clients. Non-essential travel and in-office gatherings are limited during this time. We appreciate your understanding.

Additionally, if pre-scheduled meetings do take places at our facilities, we are requiring visitors to fill out a questionnaire about their current travel activity prior to being allowed entry.

Announcing the Launch of Advantasure

Recently, the company unveiled its new brand, Advantasure, with the tagline: Fueling Accelerated Performance.

The new name and tagline accurately reflect the company’s unique suite of technology products and business process services that improve the performance of health plans and provider organizations in the delivery of government healthcare programs.
