As CIO, Larry is responsible for fitting together the product development and information technology services pieces of Advantasure’s puzzle, with each piece supporting the company’s operations and growth strategy.
Larry has spent most of his IT career in the healthcare industry. He knows how to build talented teams, manage successful acquisitions and lead technical integrations.
Before joining the Advantasure team, Larry served as the chief information officer for Data Driven Delivery Systems where he led the development and integration of technology products and platforms to support company growth.
Larry also held the role of chief information officer at Verisk Health in the revenue and quality integrity division. In addition to managing product and platform integration programs, he oversaw more than 100 internal and external team members. There, Larry was responsible for quickly scaling an IT organization to support revenue growth from $25 million to $162 million in three years.
“I have been fortunate to work with incredible teams that get the job done, and my Advantasure family is no exception,” Larry said. “Everything we accomplish is a team effort.”
In addition to caring for two dogs of their own, Larry and his family are involved with FETCH a Cure, a nonprofit that improves the quality of life for pets. A proponent of trying new things, he and his eldest daughter are learning to play the guitar together.
Larry holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from James Madison University.
In the spring of 2018, Tessellate integrated with a sister company to form a stronger, more competitive organization, with the ability to leverage complimentary products and services and deep industry expertise. Recently, the company unveiled its new brand, Advantasure, with the tagline: Fueling Accelerated Performance.
The new name and tagline accurately reflect the company’s unique suite of technology products and business process services that improve the performance of health plans and provider organizations in the delivery of government healthcare programs.
