Robert Hillman is the president of Advantasure. With a long track record of success in the health plan sector, Hillman founded and served as the senior vice president and chief operating officer at Maine Community Health Options, a consumer operated and oriented health plan (CO-OP), and chief executive officer of Medical Network, Inc. (MedNet), an independent Maine-based, physician owned and directed preferred provider organization and managed services company. Hillman received his Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Southern Maine and a Certificate of Graduate Studies in health policy from Muskie School of Public Service.
