Tami Hibbitts is Senior Vice President, Business Optimization & Transformation, responsible for coordinating company level program governance, enterprise project management and strategic transformation initiatives to help drive company success. Most recently, Hibbitts served as a Senior Advisor in the Healthcare Division of Oliver Wyman. Prior to that she spent 26 years at Priority Health/Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where she held numerous leadership positions. In her last position, Tami served as vice president, Senior Markets/Medicare and was instrumental in guiding Priority Health to earn the #5 spot for highest number of net new Medicare Advantage enrollments in the nation.
